I'm in the process of developing an online database that you can use to track your weight, diet, and exercise. Here are some of the features I have planned:

  • Track your weight with a daily or weekly weigh-in
  • Print cool charts showing your weight loss
  • Track your daily calorie intake - when you eat, log it here
  • Track your exercise routines - do something, track it, we'll total your calories burned

Keep in mind this database is currently under development. As of right now, the daily weigh-in and food journal features are up and running. I'm still working on the exercise portion of it. Feel free to experiment. I'll post instructions soon.
