By popular demand, I've
added the ability for the Food Journal database to store
whole meals. This way, if you eat the same meal every day (like my
breakfast is always fat-free milk, protein powder, and cereal) then
you can store this and pull it up with only a couple clicks. For
more information, see the Database page. |

I've added more meals to
the sample meals section of the
site. Just about everything that I eat on a daily basis is listed
there. I'll be adding more "exotic" recipes as I discover them. Stay

I've made a lot of
changes to the site - especially the diet and exercise sections.
I've also enhanced the online database a lot to allow for more
accurate calorie tracking and reporting. Too much to detail now -
please explore! |
